Purpose
Dalil is a directory platform that helps travelers find travel agencies in Algeria, and helps agencies reach a wide audience.
Agency registration
Any agency registering on Dalil must be legally established, hold a valid ministerial license, and provide accurate information. Dalil reserves the right to suspend any account in case of fraudulent information.
Customer reviews
Published reviews must reflect a real experience. Any fraudulent or defamatory review will be removed. Agencies may not buy or manipulate their reviews.
Liability
Dalil acts as an intermediary. We are not responsible for the services offered by agencies, disputes between agencies and clients, or information published by agencies.
Credit wallet
1. Nature of the balance and limited use
The wallet holds credits specific to the Dalil platform. The agency obtains them by topping up its wallet or by receiving a bonus. It uses them to pay for Dalil's services, namely its subscription and its boosts. It cannot pay a third party with these credits or withdraw them as cash.
2. No expiry
Credits do not expire, whether they come from a top-up or a bonus. The agency uses them whenever it wishes.
3. Top-up, minimum and rounding
The minimum top-up amount is 10,000 DZD. After reviewing the transfer receipt, Dalil records the amount received, which may differ from the amount stated by the agency. Dalil converts this amount at 1 credit per 10 DZD and rounds down to the nearest credit. Dalil calculates the bonus separately and also rounds it down to the nearest credit. Dalil credits a transfer below the minimum, without a bonus.
4. Top-up bonus
Above certain amounts, Dalil adds a bonus in credits to the top-up. The thresholds and rates follow the table shown in the agency area. Dalil may change this table: the bonus applied is the one in the table in force on the day Dalil approves the top-up.
5. Discount by duration
The agency can buy a plan for 1, 3, 6 or 12 months. The discount depends on the chosen duration and follows the table in force at the time of purchase, shown before confirmation. The top-up bonus and the duration discount are cumulative. Dalil presents them separately, without combining them into a single percentage.
6. Non-transferable and non-convertible credits
Credits remain attached to the agency's account. The agency cannot transfer them to another agency, assign them to a third party or convert them into money. The only exception is the refund provided for when the account is closed (section 7).
7. Refund on account closure
When the agency permanently closes its account, it may request a refund of its balance in writing. Dalil refunds the purchased part of the balance, called the principal. Dalil considers that the agency used its bonus credits first, and any remaining bonus is not refunded. Dalil pays the refund in dinars, at 10 DZD per credit. Outside of account closure, Dalil does not refund the balance.
8. Invoice and statement
Dalil issues an invoice for each top-up, based on the amount recorded at approval. When the agency spends its credits on a plan, a renewal or a boost, the transaction appears in its wallet statement. Dalil does not issue a second invoice for these purchases.
9. Plan renewal
A plan bought with credits renews by default every month, for one month, at the monthly rate, debited from the balance. The agency can turn off this renewal from its wallet. If the balance does not cover the renewal on the due date, the plan ends: published content stays online and paid features stop. Three days before the due date, Dalil notifies the agency by email and on its dashboard when its balance does not cover the renewal. Offered plans and trial periods do not renew from the balance.
10. Plan change
An agency moving to a higher plan immediately pays the difference in monthly rate, prorated over the remaining days of its current subscription. Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal, with no refund in credits.
11. Boost
An agency whose plan includes boosts can buy 7, 15 or 30 days of boost, paid in credits from its balance. Dalil applies the boost immediately, subject to available slots.
Changes to these Terms
Dalil reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified by email in case of a substantial change.
